Insight Assistant Manager

We have an opportunity for you to join the Insight team who play a central role in managing the organisation's knowledge resources that are crucial for a wide range of the organisation's activities. This includes content used on our website, in our publications and reports and data that is used for programme development and evaluation. It is essential for the organisation that these resources are managed effectively and are kept up to date and consistent - in response to changes in domestic energy efficiency policy and changes in the market.

This role is to assist in the ongoing management and development of data services as used by the organisation and other external clients. You will work across EST and with external clients to provide them with access to data and insight. You will need to research and critically evaluate new and existing information sources to ensure that the insight we provide is robust, credible and is based upon the best available evidence at the time. The types of information sources you will be dealing will include data from market research, academic, government and industry research reports, technological field trial data and data about the UK housing stock (ie from sources such as the English Housing Condition Survey and EST's Home Energy Efficiency Database (HEED)). You will be encouraged to think creatively about ways of using existing data to develop new products and services for commercial clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic 'all-rounder' who can work on projects involving desk research, statistical analysis, modelling and providing written outputs of the project. Your expertise will also be required in assisting EST's communications team with press enquiries and promotion of the organisation's activities and achievements.

Data Management and Reporting Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Home Energy Scotland team. As a data expert, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL, you will help us deliver Scottish Government Programmes, in particular by managing and reporting on the information exchange with 3rd Party delivery partners. You will be analysing data from multiple sources, including MS Dynamics CRM, and turning into meaningful information.

Your experience with RDBMS and ability to manipulate and analyse data, including a strong ability to plan and prioritise a busy work schedule will be critical for your success.

Programme Manager, Scottish Transport

Business Development Support Assistant

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Business Development team, to primarily provide support for bids, proposals and tenders and assist with ad hoc projects across the Commercial team.

You will provide effective and efficient administration including: gathering information for bids and proposals, assist with producing presentations and briefing notes, work with the Marketing team to develop collateral to showcase EST’s products and services and update the sales CRM system.

Partnership Development Manager

We have an opportunity to join the community based team to raise awareness of the Nest programme. As the local lead advocate for reducing fuel bills and household carbon emissions you will drive relationships with local partners and community networks across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion and implement consumer marketing activity in order to achieve programme referral targets. You will review activity and evaluate results through on going monitoring and provide feedback to the marketing team.

Your strong ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders by well refined communication/influencing skills, will be key to your success. Additionally, your solid knowledge of general marketing and communication principles together with self motivation to reach targets will be fundamental to delivering exceptional performance.
