Marketing Executive (fixed term contract)

Salary: £21,400- £24,100 p.a. depending on experience

We have an opportunity for you to support the delivery of marketing campaigns across a number of channels. As a professional marketer you will manage online and offline projects from initial planning and briefing through to evaluation, ensuring that activity is delivered to a high standard and within budget and timelines. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and campaign metrics.

The post will work on a number of programmes and projects including the Welsh Government Warm Homes Nest scheme, Local Energy / Ynni Lleol programme, and the Supply Chain programmes in Wales and Worcestershire. The post-holder will also co-ordinate internal communications within Wales and work closely with and support the Marketing and Communications Manager.

Your ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects and achieve results is essential. We are particularly looking for knowledge of both online and offline marketing channels, experience of software including InDesign, Drupal and Dotmailer or similar, and well developed copywriting skills.

Digital Marketing Executive

We have an opportunity for a digital marketing executive to coordinate our digital platforms.

You will work in the marketing and communications team and with stakeholders throughout the organisation to deliver digital content. You will play a key role in driving increased engagement across all our digital channels contributing and managing editorial content, blogs and newsletters.  This will include working with the CMS, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin as well as reviewing potential new social media channels. You will evaluate digital communication and provide regular reports and insight to key stakeholders to help inform EST’s digital strategy.

Your knowledge and understanding of the digital world (including SEO, web development and social media) together with good experience of content management will be key to your success.  You will be able to demonstrate your ability to write and edit digital media and to analyse and interpret research to enhance future digital activity.
