Southern Scotland's traditional stone-built houses may be beautiful to look at, but keeping them weatherproof and in their best condition can feel like a full-time job. Taking care of your sash windows, chimneys, doors and external fixtures can also be a challenge for properties with historic features. And if your home was built before 1919 and you've not had the full range of energy efficiency measures installed, you could be leaking money from your walls, roof, floors and windows every day.
Home Energy Scotland offers free, impartial energy efficiency advice from simple draught-proofing to insulation for all types of homes, as well as referrals for available funding. Bring your questions along to our panel of experts.
|Event date:||Tuesday 20 June|
|Location:||North West Castle Hotel, Stranraer|
|Time:||12 - 4pm|
