Current status of solar PV Feed-in Tariffs: The Department for Energy and Climate Change (DECC) have now released their response to solar FITs fast track review confirming that anyone installing solar PV as of 1 April will need to ensure their house is up to an EPC band D or higher. Still no confirmation for those installing between 12th December 2011and 3rd March 2012 though we recommend planning for a 21p/kWh rate until the legal challenge is resolved.
