1. Open to all residents of Scotland aged 17 or more at the time of entry except employees and their immediate families of the Energy Saving Trust, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Bulk or 3rd party entries will not be accepted.
2. Closing date for entries is 31/03/2010.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. To enter, either fill in the entry form at one of our events and post it in the ballot box, or hand it to a member of the eco-driving team. Alternatively visit ecodrivescotland.com and enter via the applicable page.
5. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision within 28 days of the closing date. The winners will be contacted by email or post within 7 days of that date. The prize will be dispatched within 28 days of notification.
6. Prize: There is 1 set of Michelin EnergyTM Saver tyres to be won.
7. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of
circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide
alternative similar prizes of equal or greater value.
8. Winners may be required to take part in publicity linked with the promotion.
