Carbon Trust launches schools campaign

The Carbon Trust is launching a campaign encouraging schools to realise potential savings in their budgets and tackle climate change at the same time.
The Carbon Trust offers a range of support for schools to help identify and implement the right energy saving projects quickly and easily, that could lower energy bills by over 20%. This includes:
- a free carbon survey involving an on-site assessment by a carbon consultant, followed up by a bespoke report and action plan. It is available to schools and colleges with energy bills in excess of £50,000
- interactive webinars - providing expert advice and analysis on energy saving opportunities specific to the school estate
- online tools and schools specific publications.
