- Regularly review your housing energy strategy
Identify areas in which progress is being made or areas of weakness where action is required - Illustrate the quality and progress of your strategy to senior managers, partner organisations, funding bodies and tenants
The first Housing Energy Management Matrix was developed in the early 1990s. The version presented here has been updated to reflect experience with use of the matrix in the past ten years.
The key action areas identified in the matrix are:
- Energy strategy
- Housing stock assessment
- Delivering affordable warmth
