Renewables Grants in Scotland

Renewable energy is clean and sustainable.
By installing a renewable energy system you will
reduce CO2 emissions and safeguard our
climate for future generations.

Funded by the Scottish Government, the Energy Saving Trust
provides grants for homeowners to install renewable
energy technologies. Householder grants of 30%, up to a
maximum of £4,000 are available towards the cost of
installing renewable energy technologies.

can provide all the help you need — and it's free.

We can visit your property and recommend the most suitable
measures. When you've decided to go ahead we can put
you in touch with installers to carry out the work for you.

  • Heat pumps
    (Ground source or air source)
  • Biomass
  • Microwind turbines
  • Hydroelectricity
