Annual Review 2007-08
An insight into the activities and work we have been involved in over the last year
Our focus is on delivering the service that our customers want and expect - whether consumer, local authority, retailer, or Government. We have achieved this insight by analysing and acting on customer feedback, carrying out extensive market research, and segmentation work. This meant that by December 2008, we had rolled out our 21 new advice centres across the UK. These offer people, for the first time, help and advice on a variety of issues including not just energy saving and micro-renewables, but also travel choices, water conservation and waste reduction. This new capacity to offer advice on environmental issues across the board, rather than just energy efficiency, is all part of our commitment to making it easier for the consumer to receive the advice and information they need.
