Please read the Energy Saving Trust (EST) image library terms and conditions carefully. By applying for registration you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.

The applicant agrees that it does not have and shall not have any rights, whether copyright or otherwise in the image(s) and that all such rights in the image(s) are owned by EST. Reproduction rights are not granted exclusively to the applicant. The applicant acknowledges and agrees that the EST may allow other organisations or persons to use and/or reproduce the image(s). The rights granted by registration are personal to the applicant and may not be assigned, sub-contracted, transferred or otherwise, nor may any image(s) submitted to the applicant be sold, loaned, transferred or sub-licensed to third parties. The image(s) shall not be altered, adapted, manipulated, added to or have any part deleted. Every printed copy of one or more of the image(s) shall carry the image copyright. A copy of relevant pages containing any one or more of the image(s) is to be sent to EST free of charge upon publication. The applicant hereby indemnifies EST against all expenses, damages, claims and legal costs arising out of any use of the image(s).
