We worked with Green Energy to train their customer service staff to put energy saving advice at the centre of their customer engagement.

Challenge

Green Energy is an independent supplier of sustainable energy to homes and businesses. They discovered that many of their customers had common misconceptions about energy use, often leading to high energy bills. Green Energy wanted to dispel some of these common myths and help their customers become more energy efficient and reduce their bills.

We worked with Green Energy to train their customer service staff to put energy saving advice at the centre of their customer engagement. We trained, assessed, monitored and endorsed their staff to make sure they were equipped to give effective energy advice.

The Green Energy customer service team members now personalise their energy saving information to ensure their advice is relevant and produces real, positive outcomes for their customers.
