Travelling from locations other than Cardiff

By Rail
- The nearest main line station is Cardiff Central. To reach the office change here for the Arriva trains services to Cardiff Bay, bus or taxi.

By Road
- Take Junction 33 off the M4 motorway onto the A4232. Follow the A4232 until you go through the Bute town Tunnels. After the tunnels there is a roundabout. Take the second exit off and turn right at the traffic lights. Drive for 200 yards and turn right at next traffic lights. At the end of a short road, turn right into Caspian Point car park.

By Air
-The nearest airports is Cardiff International Airport (CWL), which is 12 miles east of the city centre, or 18 miles by road from the office.

By Bus
- Buses to Cardiff Central bus/train station serve the airport ¿ the X91 operates hourly, Monday to Saturday during the day. Adult single tickets cost £2.75 and the journey time is approximately 35 minutes from the airport to the city centre. Taxis are also available at the airport.

Alternatively Bristol International Airport (BRS) is about 50 miles west of the office by road via the A38, M5, M49, M4 and A470. Regular half hourly airport flyer buses serve Bristol Temple Meads station, from which some direct trains go to Cardiff Central. Otherwise it may be necessary to change at Bristol Parkway for trains to Cardiff Central.
Travelling from central Cardiff

By Bus- Buses run on a regular basis from Cardiff City Centre (opposite the Marriott Hotel), to Cardiff Bay. Our offices at Caspian Point are a short walk from the National Assembly Building, Cardiff Bay and the Millennium Centre. Service 6 leaves the station at regular intervals throughout the day.  A single will cost you £1.30, and a return will cost £2.10

By Rail
- From Cardiff Central, take the train to Cardiff Bay. Cardiff Bay Station is only 5 minutes walk from Caspian Point, and someone from the office can come to meet you.

By Road
-Start out at Cardiff Central Railway Station. Turn right onto Wood Street. Turn right onto Saint Mary Street. Turn left onto Mill Lane. Turn right onto Caroline Street. Turn right onto Hayes Bridge Road. Continue forward. At Callaghan Square Junction turn left onto the A470 under railway bridge then immediately. At traffic signals turn right onto Lloyd George Avenue (signposted National Assembly). At traffic signals continue forward (signposted M4, Cardiff Way) At Lloyd George Avenue roundabout take the 1st exit onto East Bute street (signposted M4, A4232, National Assembly) Turn left onto Pierhead Street

By Taxi
-Taxis are located at the front of Cardiff Central. A taxi to Caspian Point will cost approximately £10

Parking -
The Energy Saving Trust has spaces 103, 104 and 148 in the car park at the front. If you require a parking space, please let the office know in advance.

LPG refuelling stations
The nearest LPG refuelling station is located at the Cardiff Gate Service Station (M4 Junction 30) on the eastern side of Cardiff.
