Fillers are public information campaigns, played for no cost in free air time on a range of TV channels. They communicate important messages to the British Public and many of the campaigns from the 1970s and 1980s (for example `Charlie says', and the `Green Cross Code Man') are still fondly remembered today.
Launched in January 2009, "Misplaced Questions", our new filler campaign aims to raise awareness of the Energy Saving Trust as the place to go for energy saving advice.
