New housing
The Government has set targets for newbuild housing to be zero carbon from 2016. As we approach this ambitious standard, design teams and housebuilders will be required to deliver new housing projects to increasing levels of energy efficiency as the Building Regulations ramp up over the next five years.
We have worked with a wide range of partners in the housing and supply chain industry to research and develop best practice solutions for low carbon design and construction.
Take a look at our technical services, guidance, web tools and project information for advice on how you can improve the energy performance of your newbuild developments.
