Interactive tools

Our online tools are designed to help housing professionals implement sustainable energy measures in design and build projects.

Here are some of our tools - more are coming soon...

Enhanced construction details

Designed to help the construction industry achieve performance standards that exceed those set out in Part L1A 2006 of the Building Regulations, our Enhanced Constructions Details help developers and builders to achieve the energy requirements in the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Energy Credits Calculator

The Energy Credits Calculator has been developed to help familiarise housing professionals with the potential approaches and features necessary to achieve a range of energy credits within the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Envest for housing

Envest for Housing helps the industry keep abreast of the impact of embodied carbon dioxide. By inputting basic design numbers - height of building, number of storeys, window area and so on - together with choice of materials, such as roof covering and external walls, developers can see the impact of each element.
