Existing housing

Grove Cottage refurbishment project

Under Government plans, all old homes will have basic energy efficiency measures by 2015, and by 2020 seven million homes will have been upgraded to significantly improve their energy performance.

We have worked with housing professionals on a variety of refurbishment projects across the country and have produced a wide range of technical guidance to help the industry meet higher levels of energy performance.
