Home Analytics – housing data and analysis
Home analytics is a new service from the Energy Saving Trust that provides essential data and analysis on the UK housing stock to help target retrofit activity. Using data, statistical modelling and GIS, we have developed the first address-level profile of all 26 million homes in the UK in terms of their potential for retrofit measures and key property attributes.
Home analytics provides essential information to help organisations encourage greater levels of retrofit activity and deliver schemes more cost effectively through accurate targeting. Anybody involved in delivering the following schemes would find the data of value:

We are also developing an interactive GIS and reporting portal. We have showcased the beta version of this tool, which uses GIS to:
- target renewable energy
- understand the housing stock better
- enable better targeting of schemes.

Data variables are provided under an annual licence, and the price for access to our data depends on the number of addresses, geographic scale and data sets you require. Prices start from £5,000.
