Finalising the proposals

Finalise the proposals with all those who are likely to be responsible for implementation.

You should already have agreed the priority options for achieving your vision and strategy. In order to finalise the proposals you may need to talk once again to all those who are likely to be responsible for implementation in order to:

Confirm who will lead on implementation for each action

Break-down implementation into intermediate steps with timescales

Agree how implementation will be managed, e.g. should the team that prepared the action plan now oversee implementation or should this be handed to another body?

This could be done through individual meetings with stakeholders or by holding a meeting with all those who are likely to be responsible for implementation.
