Our Mission and Objectives

Our Primary Objectives for the benefit of residents of the North East and to combat climate change include:

Save 67,196 tC by providing customer led verbal advice to 41,225 households through an uptake of cavity wall and loft insulation
Save 65,200 tC by providing customer information to 40,000 householders with an uptake of cavity wall and loft insulation
Undertake targeted actions with partners to increase uptake of insulation measures.
Proactive targetting and in-depth support to contribute 49,703 tC

We plan to transform the market for energy saving measures and renewable technologies in the North East whilst:

Ensuring that the advice centre meets the expectations of the consumer and delivery partners
Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction of 90%
Undertaking 17 showcase events for renewable technologies in the North East region.

We offer individuals free home energy reports specifically for their home and highlighting the key areas they could be saving energy and therefore, money on their fuel bills.
