The Energy Saving Trust advice centre London offers hands on support to communities and groups wishing to work together on energy saving projects to reduce their personal carbon emissions.
Communities on the programme will receive a year's support in running a carbon reduction initiative and developing a community led action plan for the future. They will have access to a trained energy advisor to assist with developing a community action plan, identifying potential measures to implement, building links with installers and identifying other support services (such as grants, funding and training).
The Energy Saving Trust advice centre London can provide the following:

· tenants and residents associations
· any other groups of interested citizens

The Energy Saving Trust has long since facilitated and promoted local community-based energy projects through its nationwide Community Action for Energy (CAfE) service - now known as Green Communities, which is also available as a resource to community groups that look for ongoing support in continuing to achieve carbon reduction.
