Certification Updates
| New label and new requirements become mandatory for all products currently covered by a labelling regulation. These products are: washer-driers, dishwashers,household air conditioners, most household electric ovens, household refrigerators and freezers, lamps, tumble driers, washing machines. Old stock may have old labels, new stock must meet new requirements. | 20th July 2011 |
| Requirements for suppliers come into effect for labelling of TVs, cold appliances, dishwashers and washing machines. | December 2011 (approx) |
| Requirements for dealers come into effect for labelling of TVs, cold appliances, dishwashers and washing machines. | January 2012 (apporx) |
| European Commission consults on further product labels. Directional lighting, water heaters, air conditioning, boilers, vacuum cleaners. | TBC |
